Equilibrium

Fucking Christian Bale plays a block of wood with Batman's voice. He is part of the thought police in a heavy handed dystopian future where everybody takes drugs to suppress their emotion. After killing his partner he begins on a painfully obvious journey to discover his feelings. Plot holes abound.

A total rip off of the visual and conceptual components of the matrix this film has none of the original's novelty. The main character wore a priests cassock and did fancy superhuman tricks with guns; Often in large columned plazas. They must have searched far and wide to fine enough brushed concrete building for all the filming locations.

It didn't even have a hot chick in it, making it worse than The Island.
